I worked closely with the team at Reserve.org on the exploration of a new product concept through a focused, high-velocity sprint. After several rounds of logo ideation, we aligned on a clear direction and developed a robust brand platform designed to scale across multiple channels.

I later partnered with the product design team to guide the application of the brand within the UI, ensuring a cohesive, distinctive product experience.

While Hedge.fun was ultimately shelved, the work below stands as a reflection of the strategic and design foundation created during that process.

Creating a character

The brand strategy behind Hedge.Fun revolved around thinking on the platform as if it was a character. For it, several visual assets were created, representing the way “Hedgar” (as we call it) will express.

Translating the brand

After the brand was defined, we found areas where the current artifacts of the product could be dressed up with the attitude of the brand. The idea was to have an authentic UI, far from your standard Shadcn product.
